ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - BRISTOL

£48,000 + Annual Bonus Scheme, 25 days + Bank Holidays, Flexible working, Hybrid working, Medical cashback plan, 7x DIS, Access to Perkbox.

Due to ongoing success and company expansion, my client are looking to add to their skilled design team with the addition of an Electrical Design Engineer.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer. If you're a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you. You will be working on a variety of projects for products which are manufactured and supplied to all parts of the globe.

THE ROLE:

Design Electrical control systems using latest CAD software.

Produce Bill of Materials using product lifecycle management software.

Produce shop floor wiring plans.

Assist shop floor fitters with build instructions and face to face support.

Understand and complete safety system checks.

Work within a team of software engineers and mechanical engineers.

THE PERSON:

Electrical Engineering HNC or equivalent qualification.

Design Engineering experience within manufacturing environments.

Engineering Design experience using AutoCAD electrical or EPLAN.

Ability to design for manufacture and assembly.

Design to cost targets.

Understanding of Servo motion technology - Desirable.
