Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Election Customer Service on a 1 month contract with a possibility of an extension. They would like someone who has the experience and knowledge in the following:

Purpose of the role -

Our client is looking for someone to join the Electoral Services Team and to play an active role in supporting the Electoral Services Manager.

Someone with a strong administrative background and experience of working with database systems.

You must be able to manage your own workload, have a keen attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to a high level of accuracy. Good communication and IT skills are essential.

The ability to understand and keep up to date with electoral legislation and regulations

Experience of administering elections and electoral registration - not essential

Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy

To provide a responsive, effective and high quality enquiry and query resolution service to customers.

Experience in customer service: Answering/taking calls internally, taking down details, ect.
