A highly regarded Personal Injury firm in South Manchester is expanding and is currently in search of a skilled EL Fee Earner or Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of one year's experience in handling both portal and off-portal Employers Liability cases, including litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Employers Liability cases, demonstrating proficiency in both portal and off-portal matters.
  • Manage litigated files, ensuring comprehensive and effective case handling.
  • Take ownership of your own caseload, supported by a collaborative team and excellent guidance.
  • Showcase the ability to independently manage cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of billing within the Personal Injury domain.
  • Possess strong IT skills, essential for efficient case management and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience in handling Employers Liability cases.
  • Competency in managing both portal and off-portal cases, including litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently conduct files.
  • Proven track record of billing in the Personal Injury sector.
  • Strong IT skills for effective case management.
