EDI Analyst - Permanent - Birmingham (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for an EDI Analyst to join a leading organisation based in Birmingham. As an EDI Analyst in the team, this role will focus on project and BAU of business systems.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide technical support to applications and resolving incidents
  • Perform root cause analysis for reoccurring & business critical incidents.
  • Liaise with 3rd party software and service providers for application and systems support.

What they are looking for:

  • 1+ years’ experience of EDI, XML or XLST.
  • Professional approach to customer services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
