ECT Humanities / Religious Education Teacher

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and Religious Education, tailored to the needs of Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning in the classroom.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic and personal growth.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum materials and teaching resources that align with the school's educational goals and standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the wider school community.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance, and communicate with parents and guardians as needed to support student success.
