ECommerce Account Manager / Client Success Manager - Global Sports Retailer!

We've partnered with a very well- known global sports retailer who have over 1500 stores around the world and a very successful eCommerce presence. They've experience phenomenal success and growth over the last few years and have recently launched an exciting marketplace offering, bringing together a specially curated section of brands in one place, enhancing their existing customer offering with technically innovative products, ensuring they offer the very best selection of products. This is a 'start-up' team/ project with the backing of a hugely successful global company who are a true leader in their space!

Your new role
In this exciting newly created role you will take care of marketplace partners, identifying potential pain points, identifying growth possibilities, suggesting commercial growth opportunities whilst always aiming to maximise the partnership for the partner and the company. You'll be able to identify the typical agenda of a partner follow up meeting, being prepared with the relevant data dashboards and define the different marketing packages available to partners, working closely with the data and marketing teams. You'll understand the individual needs of each partner and have a leader mindset, you be want to ensure the success of your customer. You will work in collaboration with other AM's globally, sharing best practises and provide recommendations to partners regarding additional services the company can offer, e.g. fulfilment and pricing models to boost your partners success, continuously monitoring sales performance. This is a very rare opportunity to join a marketplace start-up with the backing of a large global business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have experience in a similar marketplace role, with a passion for ensuring success of partners, you'll have data- driven approach with the ability to identifying commercial opportunities which benefits both parties. A keen interest in sports and fitness is an added bonus!
