Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to work within SEND Schools

Are you a dedicated and passionate Early Careers Teacher seeking a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities? If so, we have the perfect role for you. We are currently looking for an Early Careers Teacher to work within SEND schools in Liverpool on a full-time, long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the specific needs of SEND students.
  • Collaborate with a team of support staff, therapists, and other educators to provide a holistic approach to student development.
  • Support students in their social and emotional development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to further your skills and expertise in teaching SEND students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong passion for working with SEND students and a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
