Are you a confident communicator, looking to get into a commercial e-commerce related role? We have partnered with a family owned, market leading brand who are looking for creative, forward-thinking individual to join their team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury, high end business, who are willing to train and develop you within customer service and administration.

Main Duties:

  • Be a strong advocate for the business, and gain an excellent understanding of the company, products, and services.
  • Gain a full understanding of the end-to-end E-commerce operations from stock management and reporting to handling customer enquiries, sales orders, and shipments.
  • Ensure end to end customer experience remains at the highest possible level.
  • Answer customer sales and service enquiries via phone and email quickly and efficiently.
  • Take ownership of each customer’s journey from placing the order to the item being received or a return being processed.
  • Focus on driving customer satisfaction and engagement and where possible minimise returns.
  • Keeping managers regularly up to date with issues to minimise problems occurring.
  • Learn the manufacturing process, product collections and specifications to further support and offer informed advice to enrich a customer’s buying decision.
  • Collect and report on complaints and returns data.
  • Uphold company compliance / policies with data protection laws including GDPR with respect to data protection.
  • Take a keen interest in the fashion market.


The ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Remain courteous and professional when handling customers.
  • Passion for customer service and has the proven ability in handling customers.
  • Interested in fashion and or online retailing.
  • Enthusiasm, with a can-do attitude with a positive approach.
  • Polite, calm, with a willingness to learn.
  • Enjoy working in a small team environment.
