Dynamics Functional Consultant

Currently working with an end-user who are looking to bring on a Functional Consultant for a 3 month contract. This role is outside of IR35 and will be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
• Design, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules to meet business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices for supply chain management processes within Dynamics 365.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementation.
• Work with the external service provider to review changes required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management within Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including but not limited to procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering successful Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations and enhancements.
