Document controller / Site Administrator
Your new company
Our client is a civil engineering contractor who provide a range of services to public, private and residential sectors of the construction industry predominantly in London and the South East.
Due to expansion and an increase in workload, they currently require a Site Administrator / Document controller to be based on their site in London. You will be roaming in your position and be working between sites providing admin and document control support to their teams.
Day to day duties will involve
- Input and manage incoming documents on data management systems to ensure accurate records of the project documents.
- Produce monthly reports/statements on document control status
- General Admin duties
You must have previous experience of using document control programmes such as Conject or Asite and be prepared to roam from site to site.
