Key Requirements:

  • 1st or 2:1 degree in a numerate, analytical, or technical subject or equivalent.
  • Ideally, a grade A in Maths A-level.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent written and numerical skills.
  • Some experience or interest in computer coding, scripting, or data analysis.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and break down complex issues.
  • A willingness to learn new approaches and working methods.

Essential Skills:

  • A good team player.
  • Effective communication skills with people of varying seniority and experience levels.
  • Adaptability to tailor approaches according to client requirements.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and efficiently manage your workload.
  • Technical aptitude and/or interest in technology would be advantageous.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Document Automation Specialist, you will be involved in:

  • Automation of questionnaire-based specifications created by our legal team.
  • Coding in XML.
  • Automating Word and PDF documents.
  • Testing processes.
  • Collaborating closely with the legal team to address issues arising during the automation process.
