Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an International Director of Business Development to join one of our prestigious, established law firm clients at their London office. Our client, who specialise in international arbitration, are looking for the ideal candidate to come in and become a key player in their Business Development structure.

The key duties of the position include:

  • Work with practice groups to identify and implement projects that support marketing and BD goals.
  • Offer strategic advice and options to lawyers.
  • Identify new opportunities for new work from existing clients.
  • Work with Client Development colleagues to regularly update marketing collateral.
  • Work with Partners to develop customised pitches.
  • Support the Public Relations terms with awards submissions.
  • Assist in the planning of events.
  • Manage all promotional activity for client-facing events and sponsorships.
