Cobalt has partnered with the budding property consultancy who are seeking to appoint a Head of Valuation in Birmingham; inviting a seasoned yet entrepreneurial professional to hone their experience and contribute positively to the firm's exciting growth strategy in the Midlands.

Professionalism and the drive to develop meaningful partnerships, providing explicit and expert advice to clients, naturally reflects the ethic of the company's Co-Founders, who between them cumulate decades in the real estate and finance sectors, but lead with a modest and dynamic approach to conducting business.

Key responsibilities?

  • Providing valuation advisory across multiple asset types and undertaking valuation mandates for varying purposes including loan security, accounts, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and expert witness.
  • Working closely with the Managing Director to formulate the future business development strategy.
  • Leveraging long-standing relationships with all types of real estate players.
