Central Employment are seeking a Digital Project Manager for a growing brand, creative and digital agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne. 

We're seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager to join our innovative team and drive the successful execution of our digital projects. If you have a proven track record of managing web projects from conception to delivery, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
    Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to both internal teams and external clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage project resources effectively, ensuring that tasks are assigned appropriately and team members are engaged and motivated.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that deliverables meet project specifications and standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in project management for web development projects, including managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, design principles, and development processes.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
