Digital Project Lead

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Lead to play a key role in the ERP replacement project. The successful candidate will bring extensive digital project management experience, particularly in the areas of user research, service design, and ERP implementations. As the Digital Project Lead, you will work closely with other division leads to ensure a cohesive and effective integration of various functions within the project.

Responsibilities:

1. ERP Replacement Leadership:

• Lead the digital aspects of the ERP replacement project, ensuring the successful implementation of new digital solutions.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital project activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
• In depth knowledge of S/4HANA

1. Collaboration with Division Leads:

• Work closely with other division leads to ensure a holistic approach to service design, understanding how each function integrates into the overall project framework.
• Collaborate on defining requirements, ensuring that the digital solutions align with the service design goals and objectives.

1. User Research and Service Design:

• Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights and requirements for the development of user-centric digital solutions.
• Lead the service design process, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for end-users across various functions.

1. Project Planning and Monitoring:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather input, communicate project updates, and address concerns.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.

Experience:

• Proven experience in leading digital projects, particularly ERP implementations
• In depth knowledge of S/4HANA
• Extensive background in user research and service design.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading ERP replacement projects.
• Proven track record in conducting user research and implementing effective service design strategies.
