The role:

The Digital Communications Lead will be responsible the Charity’s digital communications activity to significantly raise the Charity’s profile online, across all digital platforms, and to support an increase in income, raising awareness of the Charity throughout Bristol and the South West. As part of the Charity’s Communications and Marketing team, the Digital Communications Lead will be responsible for promoting a market-leading, donor centric digital experience to all of our supporters and audiences

The role is integral to achieving our Charity’s objectives, shaping innovation and bringing our brand to life online. The role will be key to delivering the Charity’s new strategy; making our web and social media more impactful, growing our audiences and focusing on innovation to drive the Charity forward.

Working closely with colleagues, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, understand the importance of the donor journey and bring enthusiasm for the role with excellent attention to detail. This is a really exciting time to join our team.
