Robert Half are Recruiting for a Digital analyst with knowledge in google analytics. Our client, a leading digital company, is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Digital Analyst. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing digital performance, providing insights, and driving actionable recommendations for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Analyst.
• Extensive expertise in Google Analytics (GA4 + Universal Analytics) is a must.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including setup and debugging of tracking for GA and 3rd party tools.
• Experience in creating and implementing measurement plans, collaborating with developers, and documenting implementation processes.
• Ability to deliver analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical clients.
• Strong report writing skills using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and GDPR compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working for an agency or managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Proficiency in tools such as Supermetrics, Google Optimize, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Google BigQuery, Adobe Analytics, SiteCore, and Umbraco.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
• Understanding of organizational data and analytics strategies.
• Interest in emerging technologies within the analytics space.
• Experience training non-technical users on platforms like Google Analytics.
• Experience with mobile app measurement and server-side tracking implementation.
