Due to continued success my Midlands based client are seeking a experienced Software Developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions in demand planning and operational support.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the flexibility to work from home, office, or a hybrid arrangement.

The opportunity will allow the right person contribute to the development of new capabilities for a globally recognised brand in my client's field.

• Design, develop, test, and support new modules within our demand planning and logistics solution.
• Engage in both client and server-side coding, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Perform ETL tasks with customer data to integrate with existing systems.
• Collaborate with the team to refine specifications and challenge existing processes to improve functionality.
• Take ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial design to deployment, ensuring that project milestones are met.
• Maintain and support existing modules, expanding your knowledge of the wider solution.

• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft .NET C# WinForms.
• Previous or current experience with Delphi.
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.
• Experience in developing multi-tier applications in a multi-user environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Git source code management.
