Job Opportunity: Despatch Operative
Location: Solihull, B90
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £11.79 per hour

Empowered Personnel are looking for a Despatch Operative for their client based in Solihull, B90.
You will be responsible of handling sample requests, marketing literature, and collateral, meeting both internal and external customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently fulfil customer sample and literature requests.
- Dispatch UK customer orders promptly.
- Coordinate dispatch of orders to international customers and partners.
- Accurately prepare documentation for shipments.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and replenish as needed.
- Manage incoming sample stock and maintain stock levels.
- Assist with additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
