Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff in the South Yorkshire area, is seeking motivated and skilled Despatch Operative. Our client, who is a market leader in food production, offers an exciting opportunity for hard-working individuals to contribute to their success.

Despatch Operative Job Description:

As a Despatch Operative, you will play a vital role in the process, picking and packing orders and working within the Despatch/Goods Out department.

This role is working on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate

Requirements:

  • Pallet Truck (PPT) experience is essential
  • Previous experience in picking/despatch roles is desirable
  • Experience using Voice Activated Pickers is also desirable

Production Operative Working Hours:

  • Full time hours
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 1800 - 0600
  • Circa 48 hours per week
