Role: Desktop Support
Location: Central London (Onsite)
Benefits: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
We are currently on the lookout for a Desktop Support professional with 1st and 2nd line support experience to join a growing MSP organisation in London. This position will require you to be onsite 5 days per week and the right candidate will have excellent IT skills and a strong background in a support role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage support tickets
- Conducting Office 365 administration tasks
- Install, configure, and update desktop operating systems and software
- Perform hardware maintenance and ensure security compliance
- Provide remote assistance and document troubleshooting procedures
- Train end-users on desktop operations and software usage
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Experience:
- At least 2 years of administering M365.
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience in Active Directory
- Patch management
Skills:
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent escalation management
- Flexible attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks
