Desktop Support

Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Contractor to join ASAP on an initial 3 month contract. This role is for an Immediate start so ideally you will be available to join in the next few days.

Outside IR35

£200 p/day

Skills/experience

• 5+ Years experience in Desktop Support role
• Previous experience working in a busy IT service environment ensuring support tickets are meeting SLAs.
• Basic Network & Security skills
• Microsoft or IBM Certified Professional
• Knowledge of Information Governance and Security and confidentiality issues
• A good understanding of computers including hardware, networking and Microsoft software environments
