Join my client's dynamic design and sales team, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding their customer base and driving business growth across their comprehensive HVAC service offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

As a successful candidate, you'll oversee an established territory of current clients while strategically pursuing new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with my client's in-house specifiers and estimators to develop end-to-end project designs and accurately estimate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs for all projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Promote and sell their products and services while ensuring margin management to meet or exceed yearly targets.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new markets and accounts.
  • Prepare competitive customer quotations based on needs assessments through site surveys or meetings.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans for your territory, logging all sales activities in their CRM system.
  • Accurately forecast sales and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions and effective communication.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including payment and delivery terms, with clients.
  • Lead proactive campaigns in target markets and elevate company profile through seminars.
  • Design mechanical systems to meet project specifications and budget goals.
  • Determine material and equipment costs to maximise profitability.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on estimated costs for management approval.
  • Plan, design, and specify industrial and commercial building services/HVAC systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
  • Track record of commercial and sales success.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, including multicultural environments.
  • Flexibility to meet customer deadlines.
