Junior Sous Chef - Brighton all fresh food - £23k plus £3K in tips, 4 days on, 3 day off
Great opportunity for a Junior SousChef to join an all fresh food gastro pub/restaurant. This gastro pub/restaurant is part of a small independent group of restaurants and it offers complex dishes packed with flavour and caters to different tastes.
Junior Sous Chef - If you are wanting to continue to learn and progress your Chef career and work with some great Chefs then this is your great opportunity to work for an 100% all fresh food gastro pub/restaurant. You need to be reliable, hard-working and have a passion for all fresh food. Expereince from an all fresh food high quality restaurant, pub or hotel is a must as is experience of working as a Junior Sous Chef or a Senior Chef de Partie.
£22k/£23K plus £3K in tips
4 days on 3 days off - 48 hour week
Must be living in the UK for a trial shift.
