Demand Manager

Established, globally regarded aerospace component and systems manufacturer - a subsidiary of the world’s largest operator in their sector is seeking to recruit a driven, dynamic Demand Manager to take responsibility for forecasting customer demand, developing demand plans, and ensuring the availability of products to meet customer requirements.

You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information, analyse trends, and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and use your expertise to play a crucial role in balancing supply and demand to enhance customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Skills required for this demanding but rewarding role include :-

• Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting in a manufacturing environment.
• • Strong analytical skill, Including advanced Excel & SQL knowledge.
• • Good understanding of demand planning software and tools.
• • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, with problem solving skills.
• • Excellent communication for effectively engaging key stakeholders.
• • Positive can-do attitude and ability to follow tasks through to conclusion.
• • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary £50,000 - £55,000 plus excellent benefits package
