Delivery Driver

As part of a two-man team, you will be delivering a range of kitchens and appliances around South East England, playing a key role in our customer journey. Our commitment to team happiness has fostered loyalty and top-notch service, as seen in our industry-leading Trustpilot reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive 3.5-tonne Luton vans, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of our products.
• Deliver kitchen appliances into customer homes, showcasing your friendly and professional approach.
• Delight customers with exceptional service, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

Essential Requirements

• Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Possess a clean UK driver's license, demonstrating your ability to navigate with confidence.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to customer and business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with customers effectively.
• Strong team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.

Desirable Skills

• While not essential, previous experience driving 3.5-tonne Luton vans would be advantageous.

Working Hours/Annual Leave

• Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 5pm
• Monthly rota: One half Saturday per month (8.30am - 1pm)
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Salary

• £26,000 - £28,000 per year
• Your probation period will be 6 months, during which you will be paid at the rate of £26,000
• After successfully passing your probation, there will be the option to increase to a higher grade with additional learning for basic installations for which the salary will increase to £28,000
