We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Fluent German Speaking Delegate Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delegate attendance to our events through effective sales strategies and exceptional communication skills in German.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize fluent German language skills to engage with potential delegates and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales campaigns to attract delegate attendance to our events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to delegates throughout the registration process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials in German.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record in delegate or B2B sales, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the events industry or related field is desirable but not essential.

  • Pay Rates: Competitive, commensurate with experience
