Defendant Litigation Executive
One of the UK's leading Defendant Insurance practices with offices across the UK has an exciting opportunity for a Defendant RTA Litigation Executive to join its rewarding and well-established Defendant Motor department in Liverpool.
You'll be an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner (ideally from a defendant background but those with claimant experience are encouraged to apply and will be given equal consideration). You will have responsibility for your own caseload of litigated Motor/RTA claims (including small, fast track and MOJ files) which you will handle from instruction through to completion on behalf of your insurer clients.
Your new role will see you working closely with the wider Defendant Motor team and you will be fully supported by Team Leaders & Heads of Department to progress and further your career.
As an experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal you will:
- Assess the liability of each claim
- Negotiating with clients and Third Party Solicitors
- Have great time management & organisation
- Hitting/meeting your set performance targets/KPIs
- Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct
