Job Title: DDAT - SEO Delivery Manager (Government Client)
Location:Exeter
Duration: 6-month Contract
Rate: £699/day
Working Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote
EXISTING SC CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Are you a seasoned Delivery Manager with expertise in SEO and a passion for driving impactful change within the public sector? We're seeking a skilled individual to join a government team on a 6-month contract basis, based in Exeter. As part of this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading agile and lean practices, ensuring the delivery of value against the product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on agile and lean practices, utilising a variety of tools and techniques to maintain a delivery and learning cadence.
- Build and sustain motivated teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and communication to drive towards iterative plans.
- Protect the team's focus on what matters most, while facilitating continuous improvement through coaching and application of agile methodologies.
- Proactively manage dependencies and overcome obstacles to maximise value against constraints.
- Take charge of risk management, budget oversight, and personnel management within the project.
- Challenge and enhance organisational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- SC Clearance Required: Due to the nature of our client's work, SC clearance is a mandatory requirement.
- Extensive experience in Delivery Management, with a focus on SEO projects within the public sector.
- Strong proficiency in agile and lean methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver value against product visions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals.
- Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and personnel effectively within project environments.
- A proactive mindset towards challenging and improving organisational processes to drive positive change.
