Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm ( must be flexible)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the contractmanagement team in the delivery and ongoingdevelopment of our service solutionsystems, identifying service improvementopportunities.
• Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment and ensure compliancewith all Health & Safety legislation.
• Rostering of Cleaningand facilityPlacemakers to ensure that all sites are manned to contractual requirements and covering any sickness or planned absences.
• Ensure all documents such as Audits, COSHH, H&S and SOPs etc. are completed, kept up to date and reviewed at appropriate times.
• Ensure effective recruitment, training and development of frontline Placemakers.
• Ensure all services are delivered in a commercially responsible way.
• Ensure all customer queries / complaints are correctly recorded through the customer complaints procedure.
• Ensure all relevant periodic reporting and required paperwork and administration is completed on time.
• Ensuring rigorous cost control within agreed plans, such as expenditure in materials, consumable, pay and agency labour usage.
• Maximise additional revenue opportunities such as extra cover and ad hoc work, as well as margin improvement opportunities through price reviews and additional
services.
• Ensure effective supervision and management of staff within your control.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures in relation to recruitment, absence management disciplinary procedures.
