DATA SCIENTIST

HYBRID (3 Days per week)

£65,000

THE COMPANY

A long term PropTech partner of ours is on the look out for a new Data Scientist to join the team. They leverage consumer data to provide insights to their clients in the property space.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work as a Data Scientist for an innovative and well-established PropertyTech scale up driving data science and machine learning at the heart of their work!

THE ROLE

As a Data Scientist working in this team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working on a variety of projects including segmentation, forecasting, propensity modelling and recommender systems
  • An opportunity to drive commercial value within a team of 7 Data Scientists, then working closely with a Data Engineering team
  • Working end to end, within a great team working culture
  • Looking for candidates who are confident speaking to stakeholders within a flat hierarchy - everyone has a say!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience across some of propensity, forecasting and recommender systems - with clear commercial value on the CV
  • Confident in presenting and working with stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • A PhD or MSc with 1-3 years of industry experience
  • Demonstration of commercial value and interest in property data or geospatial data is a bonus!
  • Strong proficiency with Python, SQL
