A rare opportunity has arisen for a Data Quality Administrator to join a prominent legal 100 firm based in Newcastle. 

As a Data Quality Administrator for this strongly regarded firm, you will work within the marketing team and will play a vital role in supporting the firm's marketing reach whilst driving business development effort. 

This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to start their career within marketing, within this role you will work alongside a strong & supportive team, whilst gaining full exposure and insight into how a marketing team functions and runs on a daily basis. 

You will be required to be detail-orientated, demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as a strong desire to excel and develop.

Duties to include:

  • Maintain data quality within the CRM system; This includes data entry, importing, maintaining, and reviewing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support the events team in identifying and creating targeted invite lists for events held by the firm
  • Manage the events functionality within the system to record registrants and attendees and generate post-event reports
  • Support the content team in maintaining quality mailing lists, dealing with any mailing list registrations, bounce backs or unsubscribes
  • Support the Business Development team, generating reports and information to support decision-making whilst providing actionable insights
