My client is a leading Specialist Insurer and they are looking for Data Lead with extensive London Market experience and a strong knowledge of cloud data integrations to join a new team for Global Policy Admin inception.

Data Modernisation/ Global Policy Admin/ Data Architecture/ Workbench

Job Summary:

• Agree outcomes and deliverables for GPAS data accountabilities with impacted workstreams including product definition, CDO/Modern Data Architecture workbench and finance
• Agree data structures and methods of delivery across workstream within guidelines set by Enterprise Architecture
• Deliver the overall data solution design agreed by governance forums such as Technical Design Authorities
• Implementation of the agreed solutions
• Analysis of data requirements for Data Modernisation
• Oversight of data delivery working with the Data Team
• Detailed project plan, timeframes, resourcing and budget
• Dependencies and risks
• Streamlined and optimised solution providing positive operational impact

Knowledge and Experience

• Extensive experience within the Financial Services sector, including the London Market and Commercial Insurance.
• Experience of cloud data integrations via real time and batch streaming services
• Orchestrating delivery across multiple teams outlining clear accountability for data deliverables
• Designing and delivering data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.
