Data Engineering Team Lead
Manchester
£110,000 per annum

We're looking for a Data Engineering Lead to join an industry leading organisation who is going through a period of growth due to continued success!

You'd be joining in a leadership capacity to lead and inspire a small but dedicated team of Data Engineers. Data is integral to this companies operations and future growth, your team is crucial to the success of the Business Strategy.,

Managing this highly respected team, you'll be responsible for all aspects of Data Engineering across the company including developing & refining the cloud and data engineering strategy! Working directly with the Head of Platform & Engineering to do so!

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

* To lead a team of Data Engineers to create the best solutions through mentorship and coaching
* Grow to a place where you can own the Data Engineering strategy to solve current and future business needs
* Use your modelling experience to act as a data architect where needed, defining solutions within their Data Vault implementation
* Work alongside other Data and Tech teams to collaborate on business solutions
* Stay hands on to support your team

We're just looking for someone who has come from an AWS focused background who has experience with DBT and has Led a team before.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience looking to take that next step in their career. With lots of support from your own Manager to progress your role & career further.

Based mostly remote you just need to be willing to commute to Manchester on an adhoc basis when needed. You must be based in the UK.
