Data Analyst 
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, Mon-Fri
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holidays

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Analyst to join a great client of mine in Croydon. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing and structuring energy-related data within our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Enter and organise energy-related data within our database or software systems.
  • Set up automated data connections as required.
  • Liaise with energy suppliers to gather client data.
  • Regularly review data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Validate data to ensure precision and thoroughness.
  • Analyse energy and carbon trends, communicating findings effectively.
  • Generate reports and summaries on energy/carbon data as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain data integrity and facilitate information flow.
  • Engage in clear and effective communication with both team members and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is advantageous.
