Data Analyst

What the Data Analyst job involves

•   To design, develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) reporting.
• To develop a data dashboards to meet the KPI requirements of the organisation including OfS data analysis using Power BI.
• Looking to improve the quality, flexibility and efficiencies of the reporting across the organisation.
• To present uniform data and information through reports and visualisation to aid decision making across the organisation.
• Working with colleagues across the organisation to enable them to clarify and define their information needs.
• To identify opportunities for efficiencies and leaner processes through automation; and design and implement appropriate systems.
• To build business solutions in order to streamline and automate the key processes identified by the Head of MIS and managers of the MIS team.
• To translate business needs to technical specifications leading to new or refined business solutions.
• To develop and update technical documentation.

Skills required

• Previous experience of Power BI / Pro Suit is essential.  
• Experience of working to deadlines.
• Previous experience in a Data driven role or report development position.
• Proficient in using Proweb, SQL, HTML, CSS, VB.net, C.net, ASP.net, EXT.net
