About the Role
Are you ready to dive into the world of data analysis and make a real impact? If you are, we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Data Analyst to join our team. In this role you will work closely with our clients to help turn their data into meaningful information, enabling them to unlock the power of data driven decision making. This is an ideal role for those who are passionate about using data to creatively solve problems and drive innovation.
A typical day
- Collect and cleanse data in Excel and/or SQL.
- Assist in the production of data visualisation reports using Power BI.
- Work with our UX consultants to ensure data solution designs satisfy client requirements.
- Work as part of the wider FSP project team to deliver intelligent data solutions to clients.
- Develop experience across multiple projects, clients, and sectors.
- Support our data engineers in testing data solutions through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to Production.
- Produce training/ user manual documents to support the adoption of our data solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology developments and promote these within your projects.
- Overall broaden your understanding across key Data and Analytic specialisms, such as:
- Understanding of the data analytics lifecycle
- Fundamentals of Microsoft Excel
- Database Fundamentals
- SQL, BI tools & Python
- Machine Learning
You must have
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
