Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for making a difference in student's lives? Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking daily supply teachers to work in a range of secondary schools in the Maidstone area. This role is open to part time or full time and completely flexible whether it's to work around pre-existing commitments or if you're just looking for more flexibility and work/life balance. The daily rate is between £110 and £130.

The role:

  • Provide ad-hoc cover in a range of schools, subjects and key stages
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and engage the students in learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have similar experience of working in a secondary school environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different learning environments
  • Be available between the hours of 8:15am and 3:30pm on the days you're available for work
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
