D365F&SCM Support Analyst - Portsmouth - c£50k

I have been retained on an exclusive basis to partner with a globally renowned manufacturing company in the midst of a digital transformation in rolling out D365F&SCM across all their entities and looking for a D365F&SCM Support Analyst to assist with their journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with their D365F&SCM Application Manager and implementation partner, growing your confidence in support as well as being involved in multiple exciting projects which will help develop your skillset in becoming a Functional Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience supporting D365F&SCM and strong exposure to the modules (either Finance or Supply Chain) with an appetite to learn and develop.

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in Portsmouth, offering £50k

Responsibilities:

• 1st & 2nd line customer support of Dynamics AX2012 and D365F&SCM
• Troubleshooting user issues and resolving issues within the systems
• Escalate and co-ordinate with support partner on specific issues
• Root case analysis of raised issues, recommending configuration or process changes

Desirable skillset:

• Demonstrable experience as a Support Consultant/Analyst supporting D365F&SCM
• Strong modular experience across either finance or SCM workstreams (SCM preferable)
• Manufacturing industry experience is desirable
• Strong communicative skills and ability to work closely with implementation partners, stakeholders and SMEs
