Our client are looking for a Cyber Security Lead. This client is an International company working in a very attractive and lucrative industry. The client is looking for a Cyber Security Lead who can be responsible for the team and help guide/mentor some junior members, so it is essential that you have experience of leading teams. As a Cyber Security Lead, you will be the escalation point for the team and be responsible for managing the workloads of the team, holding regular reviews, 1-to-1s and training.

There will also be elements of this role which will be hands on, so any exposure to Cyber Security related products, documentation, processes and procedures will still be required.

The Company are going through a Cloud Migration, so in this Cyber Security Lead role any experience working with Azure would beneficial to the role and could make your profile stand out. They are the kind of company that are always reviewing their tech stack, they have lots of investment so will look for ideas and a progressive mind set, if you have ideas or new tech you want to try, they will want you to put forward your ideas.

Good knowledge of IT technology platforms, products and services will also be needed, so ideally someone coming from an IT background, that has then moved into Cyber Security would be of interest.

This would be a permanent position, with flexibility to work from home 3 days per week, the Hiring Manager has a mature and flexible approach to working from home. The most important thing for the Hiring Manager is finding someone who can take the team forward and help people progress.

Any Security certifications such as; CISP, CEH, CCNA, CCNA Security, MCSE or Security+ would be desirable
