This is a shift-based on site role on a Monday-Saturday pattern, with different shifts available where you will be responsible of the documentation needed to guarantee the right flow of operational procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned global 3PL and freight business that offers amazing employee progression and improvement opportunities, this role will allow you to join the Logistics industry and will offer you a load of experience in this sector.

What you will do:

  • Managing Customs and all the right documentation needed for the export process.
  • Checking with drivers that everything is set up for a smooth delivery.
  • Updating the system with all the right documentation for the port authorities.

What will you need to be considered for this position:

  • A permanent right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customs Clearance and with export documentation.
  • Great attention to detail and proactivity.
  • Willing to work on a shift basis - candidates willing to work the late shift covering non-sociable hours will have a higher priority.
  • Experience with Excel - and ideally CDS system.
