Customer Support Assistant
  • Hourly Rate: £12
  • Location: Ipswich
  • Job Type: Temporary (6 weeks)
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant for a 6 week temporary assignment. This role is ideal for an individual who is confident on the phone and can provide excellent customer service by processing orders and updating customers on deliveries.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively call customers to update them on the status of their deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and helpful solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of service and professionalism during all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and order processing systems.
