We are pleased to be supporting instantly recognisable, reputable and growing brand based in London with their requirement for Customer Support Agents.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will take ownership when answering inbound calls from existing and prospective customers in relation to product information, account opening support as well as providing reliable on-going support and assistance with regards to updating profiles, change of details, resolving customer service issues and answering general customer questions.
You will ensure you are providing the highest level of customer experience on all calls, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the service you are providing.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will come from a strong, customer service focused position within a customer driven contact centre environment. You must have at least three years' experience of dealing with customers in a telephone-based role.
You will be a self-directed, detail orientated and driven individual with a mature and positive attitude who has a passion for delivering exceptional service to customers.
My client is offering an excellent basic salary with an appealing benefits package as well as a 35-hour week, shifts between Monday to Friday 8-8pm.
The interview process will be a group assessment centre due to be held in Late February/Early March (TBC), with a start date in March/April.
