Customer Supply Coordinator/Driver

To supervise the on-site service to the end Customer
To help resolve and respond to any customer queries in an effective manner offering advice where necessary ensuring that they are escalated to the relevant persons
To ensure that all goods cross match and comply with the goods that have been ordered
To ensure that all goods received at the branch are booked in correctly & promptly
To ensure that all paperwork associated with goods is processed in line with Company guidelines
To ensure that all goods leaving the branch are clearly marked and correctly checked and packaged along with the appropriate paperwork
To ensure that all goods received from suppliers are processed through the warehouse on the same day as delivery
To register any requirements for stock replenishment, either upon the customer's order or within the counter re-order book
To ensure that items are re-stocked to the correct bins within the stores area.
To ensure that all code labels are legible and numerically up to date
To ensure that there is sufficient company literature both product and promotional available at the trade counter
To ensure that all goods to be returned to Head Office are analysed and have the correct paperwork
To ensure that any goods to be returned to external suppliers are promptly actioned and the correct paperwork is raised.
To ensure that any goods brought in for repair or calibration are immediately actioned and regularly progressed
To assist with company stock takes as required twice yearly
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
