Customer Success Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to be apart of highly successful and renowned business within the Fleet Management Solutions Industry. My client is currently looking to expand their Manchester based team with an experienced and driven Customer Success Manager. To be successful within this role, the Customer Success Manager will need to be customer focussed and have the ability to build long-lasting and trusting relationships whilst still generating account expansion revenue.
Customer Success Manager Package:
- £40,000 - £50,000 base salary dependant on experience.
- OTE
- Car allowance
- 4 days in office 1 days at home

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing churn and increasing customer retention
- Creating a minimum-viable onboarding process
- Educating customers and improving customer experience
- Driving account expansion and increasing lifetime value
- Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
- Building relationships by providing consistent value and fostering customer loyalty
- Mapping customer success journeys to spot and remove friction
- To lead customer success initiatives that will help achieve goals faster.
- To use problem -solving skills to solve customers’ obstacles and sell them the right solutions.
- The ability to communicate effectively is essential.
- To familiarise yourself with our customer’s business models and common pain points.
Customer Success Manager Requirements:
- Experience from within the Vehicle CCTV and/ or Vehicle Tracking Industry.
- Experience in a Customer Success role or similar.
- Results-driven and customer focussed is essential!
