A Global leader in the Privileged Access Management space are looking for an experienced Customer Success Advisor to join their specialist security team.

The company are working with enterprise scale organisations to reduce cyber-attacks, they are keen to speak with candidates who have a technical understanding of IAM/PAM tools whilst having strong client facing experience.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience presenting technical solutions to customers and stakeholders
- Strong client facing/customer consultancy experience
- Experience with any major IAM/PAM product; CyberArk, Beyond Trust, SailPoint
- Strong understanding of technical security terms, the ability to have technical conversations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience building long lasting client relationships
