Customer Services Tech Support £18k Bishops Stortford

Our client will fully train in their set products but you will need to have come from a helpdesk or tech support background

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Customer services
  • Advise and guide customer with telephone support
  • Trouble shoot the product faults or problems
  • Make decisions to take the fault to the next stage
  • Team player
  • Good technical IT skills
  • Interest in PC Support or build
