Your new employer are looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join their striving team. Due to continued growth within the organisation, the customer service team have recently grown and it is therefore important they are provided with the right support. Your new role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well established team of customer service specialists. Your main responsibilities are maintaining strong relationships with clients and being the first point of contact for any enquiries. You will occasionally be required to cover administrative duties such as data entry, answering calls and emails and handling claims.
