WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The foreign exchange industry thrives on relationships and trust. Our Customer Service Representatives are at the forefront, ensuring that clients can have their queries handled efficiently , by the positive, friendly voice at the end of the phone. You will be our customers’ first point of contact, providing expert service for all queries relating to their account and their transactions.
If you like the sound of a new challenge with an industry leading company who are building a centre of excellence to support their ambitious plans for growth, then you’re in the right place. Previous experience in providing excellent customer service in a call centre environment is desirable whilst strong interpersonal skills and being articulate in both verbal and written English is a must. Perhaps you have some experience in Financial Services previously and are looking for a role to utilise this with a clear route for progression.
Business level languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese/Brazilian) are a desirable addition given our international presence.
