Eversure is a digitally focused insurance intermediary based in Guildford, looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive to join our expanding team.
Your duties will include answering customer service requests over the phone, online and via email, dealing with customer insurance policy amendments, MTA’s and cancellations. You will often be the first point of contact that the customer has with the Eversure brand and as such should be outgoing, full of energy and ready to delight the customer with exceptional service and care. We believe in empowering their people to be able to identify problems, find solutions and implement them themselves so you'll need to be confident in your ability to communicate.
Full product and skills based training will be provided, this is an excellent opportunity to gain skills in a technology focused insurance company and help implement changes within the business to help streamline the customers journey and ensure repeat business. If you can speak fluent French it could be a distinct advantage as we have plans to enter the French insurance market in the near-future but this isn't a make-or-break requirement.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience and includes pension, 20 days holiday + bank holidays which increase with every year's service.
Your will work 7.5hrs a day between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, candidates need to be flexible to work additional hours upon the business needs and at busy periods (which could result in the employee being required to work one Saturday morning in three for additional pay or leave)
